Shipping & Shipping Costs
Standard products: Delivery usually takes place within 2 to 4 business days.
Personalized products (e.g., Course Edition with club branding): Since these scorecards are custom-made for you, the delivery time is 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping costs
Austria: 5 euros (free shipping on orders of 99 euros or more)
Other EU countries: 8 euros (free shipping on orders of 149 euros or more)
Returns & Cancellations
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with our products. If the delivered goods do not meet your expectations, please call us.
Standard products: We are happy to accept returns of these items—provided they are in resalable condition and returned within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If goods are returned freight collect in violation of our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the credit amount.
Personalized products: Please note that for scorecards custom-made or personalized for you (e.g., custom designs for coaches, teams, or clubs): no returns or refunds since they cannot be resold.
