1. Scope of Application<\/strong><\/p>

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop golf-18.com.

2. Conclusion of Contract<\/strong><\/p>

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order.
By clicking the \u201cBuy Now\u201d button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.<\/p>

The purchase contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail.<\/p>

3. Prices and Shipping Costs<\/strong><\/p>

All prices are in Euro (\u20ac), including the statutory value added tax.
In addition to the product price, shipping costs may apply, which are indicated in the order process.<\/p>

For deliveries outside of Austria, additional customs or import duties may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.<\/p>

4. Delivery and Shipping<\/strong><\/p>

Delivery within Austria and the EU is carried out by post or parcel service.

The invoice amount is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.<\/p>

6. Right of Withdrawal (Right of Rescission)<\/strong><\/p>

Consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.<\/p>

The period begins with the receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear declaration by e-mail to [Insert e-mail address] is sufficient.<\/p>

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:<\/p>

Goods that have been individually manufactured (e.g. with logo or branding)<\/p>

Opened or used scorecards that are no longer in their original packaging<\/p>

7. Retention of Title<\/strong><\/p>

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.<\/p>

8. Warranty and Liability<\/strong><\/p>

The statutory warranty provisions apply.
We are only liable for damages that are based on intent or gross negligence.
Liability for slight negligence, loss of profit or consequential damages is excluded.<\/p>

9. Data Protection<\/strong><\/p>

Personal data will be used exclusively for processing the order and for customer communication.
A transfer to third parties only takes place if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract (e.g. shipping service provider).

All contents, designs and texts of the Golf Performance Scorecard are protected by copyright.
Any duplication or imitation without express consent is prohibited.<\/p>

11. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law<\/strong><\/p>

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.
The place of jurisdiction is Graz, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations oppose this.<\/p>

12. Final Provisions<\/strong><\/p>

Should individual provisions of these GTC be wholly or partially ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
